This 12-week journey equips managers and directors to communicate with clarity, handle difficult conversations with confidence, and build motivated, high-performing teams. It’s designed to help you transform disengagement into collaboration, develop stronger working relationships, and create a culture of fairness, trust, and accountability.

You can start at this level even if you haven’t completed Leadership Essentials — the first six weeks cover that full foundation before moving into the advanced leadership strategies. If you’ve already completed Leadership Essentials, you can join directly from Week 7 to focus solely on the second tier.

The Transformational Leadership & Team Impact Programme combines individual coaching for senior leaders with a series of interactive team workshops designed to build motivation, trust, and role clarity.
